The properties are available from Saturday to Saturday.
May
and June are often the best months in Axarquia, but we get relatively few
bookings. So we are making a half price special offer for those two
months.
Prices in £(GB) per week for each property (including electricity, gas, bed linen and towels with exclusive use of the pool):

The deposit on booking is 20%. The balance is payable 8 weeks before arrival. A breakages deposit of £100 must be paid at the same time and will be returned in full within a fortnight of departure, providing there are no significant breakages or damage.
Discounts
1) Bookings for all three properties together, i.e. Casa de Luz, Casita and Cuarto Rojo; a discount of £100 per week.
2) Bookings of more than two consecutive weeks; a discount of 10%.
3) Bookings made and deposit received more than 12 weeks in advance; a discount of 10%.
This means that in the peak season, if all three properties are booked more than twelve weeks in advance, for a period of more than two weeks, the saving is £300 per week, and the cost, if all 8 bed spaces are used, is just £100 per person per week.

Late bookings
We sometimes get the odd gap between bookings, especially outside the peak season. For those who book less than two weeks before the start of their stay we offer a discount of 20 % off the prices shown above. Payment, including the breakages deposit, should be made in time for cheques to clear, or you can pay in cash - Euros - on arrival to John and Hazel.
October to March
Please note that from October to March we carry out minor works and decoration, especially to the exterior. We try to ensure that these are not intrusive, but please ask when booking what our plans are.
Bookings for less than a week
We do not offer pro-rata reductions from the full weekly prices to those who come for less than 7 days.
